We are seeking a seasoned Field Delivery Services Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and management of temporary power generation rental solutions.

This hands-on leadership role ensures the safe and efficient delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rental equipment in field environments such as construction sites, events, utility outages, or emergency deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation rental equipment, including generators, transformers, load banks, and associated electrical distribution gear.
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of field technicians to ensure reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services.
  • Proven leadership experience in field service operations or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, hv transformers, and temporary power systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single-lines, and site plans.
  • Familiarity with QHSE, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency with service scheduling and fleet management software.
