Job Description

The Field Delivery Service Manager plays a crucial role in the coordination, execution, and management of temporary power generation rental solutions. This position ensures safe and efficient delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rental equipment in field environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation rental equipment.
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of field technicians to ensure reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments, determine appropriate equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee field installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, setup, and operation.
  • Manage inventory and readiness of equipment, tools, and vehicles required for field operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite, providing guidance and escalation support.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and customer interactions using service management software.
