We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Product Development Coordinator.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in ensuring seamless communication, smooth range releases, and efficient coordination of samples and projects within our Product Development department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level support to the Product Development department, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Coordinate product samples and assist with range release timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners, driving business growth and success
- Manage and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to inform business decisions
- Support ad-hoc requests to assist the wider team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
We are looking for a professional with 3+ years' experience in administration or coordination roles who possesses strong skills in document management, executive support, and reporting. Proficiency with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
