Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and fashion-forward product coordinator to fill this exciting role. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about product development and has excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in product coordination, trend research, and supplier liaison. You will work closely with the product team to maintain effective relationships with suppliers, manage the sample process, and track production schedules and freight timelines.
Responsibilities:- Assist the product manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approvals.
- Liaise daily with our offshore suppliers and factories.
- Brief new ranges to suppliers for development.
- Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers.
- Trend research into colour and new trend direction for our customer.
- Manage and track the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines.
- Draw and maintain product CADs and range books.
- Support the product team with administrative needs.
- Previous experience in a related field such as assistant buyer or supply coordinator is preferred.
- Qualification in fashion and textile is advantageous.
- Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have great attention to detail and high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
