About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Solutions Consultant to join our team at RAC WA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in engaging with current and potential members from your local area to discuss their needs and provide solutions by showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email
  • Provide support and accurate general advice or up to date information on products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with members recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in working to achieving KPI's/ targets both individually & as part of a team;
  • The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
