Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed design documentation, including technical reports and specifications, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, tender documents, and other business development materials.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in structural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in using Revit Structure or other building information modeling (BIM) software.
- A strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- A professional qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
