Director of Organisational Integrity

The Manager Integrity Coordination role plays a crucial part in promoting organisational integrity and ethical conduct. This position oversees department-wide complaints management, undertaking assessment, investigation, and case management of disciplinary matters, providing expert advice to senior stakeholders on discipline and misconduct processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Integrity Coordination Unit, overseeing the department-wide complaints management system.
- Undertake complex assessment, investigation, and case management of disciplinary matters.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of discipline and misconduct processes.
This role requires individuals with considerable experience in assessment, investigation, and/or case management of complex employment-based disciplinary or similar matters, preferably within a public sector environment. Knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks governing integrity and ethical conduct is highly desirable.
