Job Title: Assistant Director of Integrity and Risk Management


The Assurance, Governance, Integrity and Risk Branch is responsible for leading a team to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations. As an Assistant Director, you will support the Director in achieving this goal by implementing policies and procedures that promote integrity and transparency within the organization.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote integrity and transparency within the organization;
  • Analyze complex information and make sound decisions that align with the organization's goals and objectives;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including colleagues, management, and external parties;
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills;
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, law, or accounting.
