Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop your dental knowledge and skills while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide all aspects of chairside dental assistance to dentists
- Deliver exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilization procedures
- Advise patients on care
- Foster professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Answer telephone calls and enquiries
- Book in patients
- Administration support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Cert III in Dental Assisting
- Three or more years' experience in dental assisting
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
