About the Role

Dental Temp Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced Dental Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This opportunity provides flexible working arrangements, making it suitable for individuals who are pursuing studies, employed part-time, or looking to supplement their income. At Dental Temp Solutions, you will be instrumental in supporting dental practitioners and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dental practitioners with a range of procedures, from routine examinations to advanced treatments.
  • Sterilise and prepare dental instruments and equipment in compliance with ADA guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Ensure the dental surgery remains clean, organised, and appropriately stocked.
  • Provide support to the wider dental team as required.

About you:

  • Relevant qualification in Dental Assisting or a minimum of two years' experience as a Dental Assistant within Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills conducive to effective teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of organisation and infection control.
  • Capability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic setting.
  • Demonstrated passion for exceptional patient care.
  • Reliability is essential.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least two years' experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia.

  • Valid Working with Children and police clearances
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
