We're looking for a skilled Asset Finance Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team. You'll focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance, and helping support our growing client base. You'll be a key player in assisting our Commercial clients with their Asset Finance lending needs, making a real impact on their success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients throughout the Asset Finance application process, including completing applications, gathering necessary documents, submitting applications through various lender portals, and coordinating with lender support teams.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals as necessary throughout the process.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure a seamless process from application to settlement.
  • Maintain compliance by collaborating with the Broker to make any necessary adjustments to the finance submission, ensuring the application aligns with the lender's requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments.
  • Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles is essential; asset finance experience is highly advantageous.
