We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Asset Finance Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth of our client base. You will play a crucial part in assisting Commercial clients with their Asset Finance lending needs, driving their success forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients throughout the Asset Finance application process, including completing applications, gathering necessary documents, and coordinating with lender support teams.
  • Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a seamless process from application to settlement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and relevant parties to guarantee a smooth process from application to settlement.
  • Maintain compliance by working closely with the Broker to make any necessary adjustments to the finance submission, ensuring alignment with the lender's requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments.
Requirements:
  • You possess a friendly, professional phone manner and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles is essential, with asset finance experience being highly advantageous.
  • You are eager to learn, grow, and advance your career in the finance industry.
