Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Professional to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for managing our international tax obligations, including controlled foreign company calculations, transfer pricing requirements, and royalties.

You will work closely with our stakeholders across Finance, other functions, and business units to ensure seamless tax governance procedures. Your expertise will play a critical role in our growth trajectory as we expand our business globally and innovate in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with preparation and management of international tax obligations
  • Management and oversight of tax obligations for offshore business units
  • Assistance with integration of tax governance procedures relating to all new acquisitions
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders across Finance, other functions, and business units

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree and CA/CPA qualified
  • Strong experience in either a professional accounting firm or an in-house corporate tax unit
  • Sound understanding of international tax law, including tax treaties, cross border implications, and transfer pricing requirements
  • Competent in technical and practical accounting, strong in tax effect accounting
