Procurement Expert for Food Sourcing

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our Hotel, Food & Beverage and Events teams to source and expedite activities.

The key to success in this role is having broad experience in hospitality and restaurant industry. Understanding the business requirements and ability to effectively communicate and deliver procurement activities. You will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and providing products and/or suppliers to improve profit margins without compromising product quality or service.
  • Following up on non-delivered goods with suppliers/customers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Sourcing cost-saving opportunities and supporting ad-hoc product sourcing.

You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and activities, working at a property and group-based level. Excellent communication and presentation, as well as strong negotiating and influencing ability, are essential. A genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute within the Crown Procurement team is also required.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.
