The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to join our team and lead the marketing efforts across our centres. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Lead a small marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including product leads, designers, and agency partners
- Utilise data and insights to make informed decisions and optimise campaigns
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and digital assets
- Manage the strategy, creative production, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Maintain high standards across all creative assets, including digital content and advertising materials
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
About YouWe are looking for a visionary marketer who is passionate about leadership and innovation in the aquatic and leisure industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a marketing role within a large, complex organisation
- Extensive experience in developing innovative and highly creative B2C marketing campaign ideas
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and achieve high ROI
- Understanding of how to build and manage a brand
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and analytics
- Proficiency in using industry tools, including Microsoft Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
