Food Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be proficient in operating UHT processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate UHT processing equipment, monitoring production processes and conducting quality checks throughout the production cycle
  • Transfer and package products accurately, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety while working efficiently to meet production targets
  • Assist in decanting raw materials and finished products according to specifications
  • Prepare packaging materials, ensuring correct labeling, coding, and container specifications
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, following cleaning schedules and implementing protocols to ensure a safe working environment
