Expert Financial Advisor - Restructuring and Turnaround

We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team as expert financial advisors in restructuring and turnaround. The role involves working on complex advisory engagements, providing comprehensive financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.

Our team brings deep expertise in delivering value through financial restructuring, operational turnarounds, contingency planning, and insolvency appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough financial and operational analysis to assess business viability and liquidity
  • Developing and implementing effective turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
  • Building and reviewing sophisticated financial models and preparing client-ready reports and presentations
  • Supporting accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services, or a similar field
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including preparation of 3-statement and liquidity models
