Senior Client Leadership Position

The Senior Client Leadership position oversees the day-to-day operation of the department, addressing internal and external inquiries. This role requires a dynamic environment with high levels of productivity, guiding team members in delivering results-driven solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Directly oversee all activities of the Client Management Team to ensure excellent client service provision
  • Promote new strategies to improve operational processes and enhance customer experiences, retaining valued trading accounts and supporting Sales teams
  • Conduct training sessions for the team on managing trade disputes and client complaints
  • Maintain a high level of team morale at all times
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients, resolving incoming enquiries promptly
  • Hire, develop, and motivate the team to achieve desired outcomes
  • Monitor incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Conduct market research/quotes, place Spot FX, CFDs, and commodity trades, provide quotes, and facilitate discussions on equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions
  • Nurture strong relationships with social media partners and maintain a positive company reputation by minimizing client complaints
  • Liaise with colleagues and partners from both internal and external sources to achieve desired results
  • Project a professional image at all times

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in the FX/CFD industry, with a solid background in management, mathematics, analysis, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a BS/BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

A valid RG 146 qualification is highly regarded. The ability to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and effectively resolve conflicts and problems are essential qualities for this role. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
