Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for providing tailored support and guidance to clients who are navigating the job market. Your expertise will help them prepare for new employment opportunities, identify potential employers, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

Your primary goal will be to empower clients to secure sustainable employment that aligns with their skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide one-on-one coaching to clients, helping them create effective resumes, practice interview techniques, and develop a personal brand.
  • Networking: Establish relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify job openings and negotiate staffing solutions.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip clients with essential job search skills, such as resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
  • Career Planning: Collaborate with clients to set achievable career goals, identify suitable job matches, and provide ongoing support throughout their job search journey.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in recruitment or employment services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role.
