We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Employment Solutions Specialist. In this role, you'll collaborate with employers to identify and address skill shortages through innovative staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and create career opportunities for clients with disabilities or health conditions.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote your services as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Embody the values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
