Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team in the Hunter region.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support services to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each participant receives the best possible care and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans;
- Delivering high-quality clinical care and support services; and
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
SkillsetTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of ageing from an enablement, restorative, and wellbeing perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A current unrestricted driver's license;
- NDIS Worker screening clearance;
- CPR Certificate;
- National Police Check;
