Clinical Care Professional
The role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care and health education in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and emergency healthcare services, including advanced life support and trauma management as required.
- Manage daily medical clinics, work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.
- Liaise with healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health surveillance, and facilitate health assessments.
- Develop and implement health-related training programs.
- Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard.
- Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions.
- Uphold all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Advanced Life Support Certification.
- Trauma Qualification.
- Drug and Alcohol Testing Certification.
- Proven experience in remote or resource sector health service delivery is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings.
