Clinical Care Professional

The role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality care and health education in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and emergency healthcare services, including advanced life support and trauma management as required.
  • Manage daily medical clinics, work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health surveillance, and facilitate health assessments.
  • Develop and implement health-related training programs.
  • Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard.
  • Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Advanced Life Support Certification.
  • Trauma Qualification.
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Certification.
  • Proven experience in remote or resource sector health service delivery is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings.
