Role Overview

This position offers an opportunity to provide clinical leadership and support the care needs of residents in a mission-based organisation.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the clinical care needs of residents, supporting their individual needs, wishes and goals within an environment where they feel valued and treated with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical care needs of residents across the home.
  • Support residents' individual needs, wishes and goals.
  • Provide clinical leadership to the team in consultation with the Home Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator.

For this role, you will need to have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA), demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care, and commitment to contemporary aged care practice.
