About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Events to join our team at Apex Event Recruitment. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of events across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and production of events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and growth.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.
  • Work closely with operations to execute large-scale events, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement production processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Facilitate site inspections and planning meetings to drive sales and maximize profit.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality events.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the office, with occasional evening and weekend work required for events.
