TOMRA is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing our pioneering reverse vending machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment across the state.

As a 'Looper', you will work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a Trade Certificate III in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience on electrical/mechanical equipment. They will also possess strong communication skills, including previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers.

  • Maintain and service RVM installations and bulk processing equipment

Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
