We're passionate about creating a positive impact on our community and the planet. As a Field Service Technician, you'll work with our team to maintain and repair pioneering reverse vending machines and bulk processing equipment.

The role requires highly motivated individuals who have strong diagnostic and analytical skills, and are comfortable working independently. You'll have experience with electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Servicing and maintaining installed equipment

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting on service assignments and faults
  • Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites
  • Providing excellent customer service to partners and members of the public
  • Analysing areas of potential improvement of products and reporting to the local service team
  • Undertaking cleaning of equipment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Electrical or electronic trade certificate, or comparable experience with mechanical or electrical equipment
  • Previous experience with operating systems, installing software, networking, and mobile telecommunications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
