Building Trust through Strategic Communication

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to contribute to delivering a fair financial system.
The ideal candidate will have experience in communication delivery, preferably in Agile or relevant industries, and be able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver concise communication outcomes within agreed timeframes
- To collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications
- To plan and execute internal/external engagement activities
- To apply ASIC change framework to stakeholder communications
- To coordinate with change and comms teams for consistency across RC Program
- To support RC teams in raising stakeholder awareness and understanding
- To track and report communication effectiveness
Requirements
- Qualifications in communication or change management
- 2+ years' experience in communication delivery, ideally in Agile or relevant industries
- Broad comms experience across internal/external channels (email, web, digital, social)
- Quick learner with versatile skillset
- Skilled in planning and managing comms and stakeholder engagement
- Able to manage complex relationships and multi-stakeholder environments
- Experienced in delivering complex projects and business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to improve processes
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication for diverse audiences
