Marketing Communications Specialist

 

As a key member of our Marketing and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the global Food program and its values.

 

The successful candidate will lead marketing strategy for Compass in assigned countries, aligning local needs with regional and global goals. They will execute marketing initiatives that build brand trust and engagement through strategic communications, events, and campaigns.

 

This is an opportunity to work in a lively tech company environment with a globally renowned company that values creativity and innovation. You will serve as a central marketing point of contact for multiple teams, including local and regional operations, Google's Food Program, and global teams.

 

Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships across a complex ecosystem, using strong communication and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure effective collaboration. You will also support key projects and initiatives by creating marketing tools, resources, and campaigns in partnership with global and regional cross-functional teams.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications (or equivalent) and have 7 years of related brand marketing, brand building, brand communication and digital marketing experiences. They will be a self-starter with a proven background in developing marketing, communications or related strategy, activating and executing supporting initiatives.

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to evaluate information to communicate concise trends and recommendations to enhance brand equity and performance. Demonstrated experience leading both internal and external communications is also required.
