About the Role
  • This permanent full-time position is based onsite in our Barangaroo office in Sydney.
  • We require a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with experience working on medium to large IT projects, preferably within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, including test planning and design, test data and environment requirements, and defect management.

Apart from your technical skills, we value highly analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as a high standard of attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Test planning and design, including test data and environment requirements;
  2. Creating and maintaining test plans and test scripts;
  3. Preparing and managing test data;
  4. Executing test scripts, recording and analysing results;
  5. Logging and tracking identified defects;
  6. Providing feedback to the development team;
  7. Preparation of regular test status reports;
  8. Developing testing schedules;
  9. Performing usability testing for system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
