About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Lead to drive growth and program expansion through business development and partnerships while ensuring academic excellence and compliance in course delivery are duly met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective engagement and communication.
  • Cultivate feedback, support partners, and collaborate to facilitate employment and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to revenue growth by carrying out market analysis, opportunity identification, and promoting NSF's unique selling points.
  • Develop partnerships and create action plans for program expansion.
  • Ensure high-quality educational delivery by overseeing program service delivery, managing staff, and seeking continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Education or Degree equivalent, and post-graduate qualifications in TESOL, or Adult Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)/Basic Education and relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
  • Significant experience in teaching ESOL programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate language programs and lead academic teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a range of technologies in program delivery.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural learning environment.
  • Experience working in AMEP and/or SEE programs.
