About the Role
  • The Junior Medical Officer Coordinator plays a vital role in providing a high-quality workforce service for our hospital group.

This involves responsibility for Junior Medical Officer recruitment, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, rostering, leave management, and provision of advice on HR-related policy, awards, agreements, practice, and legislation.
