Loan Operations Specialist

The Loan Coordinator role is a critical component of the sterilization process at our facility. As a key member of the Sterilization Team, you will be responsible for coordinating loaned reusable medical devices, ensuring their proper care, handling, and reprocessing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the loaning and return of reusable medical devices
  • Ensure devices are properly cleaned, sterilized, and stored
  • Collaborate with the perioperative team to meet patient care needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Sterilizing Services
  • Minimum three years experience working in a sterilization unit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Completion of Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training
