Job Title:

A Strategic Business Solutions Expert is required to lead the design, implementation and optimization of business processes.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to drive operational improvements and enhance business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into clear process flows and use cases.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Optimization: Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
  3. Solution Development: Develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business users, internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or computer science.
  • Proven experience as a functional business analyst in field service, maintenance or asset management industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation and process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio or similar.
