Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Expert About the Role

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team and play a strategic role in shaping, defining, and delivering next-generation electronic medical record capabilities.

You will work closely with global teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into robust solutions that enhance patient care, clinician workflows, and system interoperability. Your impact will extend across the Asia-Pacific region, supporting product localization and innovation.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate definition, documentation, prioritization, and communication of functional and technical requirements.
  • Support presales work, product development, and provide knowledge of the offering or portfolio to clients.
  • Lead the identification, definition, and documentation of detailed business requirements and functional content features to meet customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define standard business processes and map solution services to standard processes and care activities/functional transactions.
  • Design strategies to ensure offerings meet business needs and liaise with technical teams to ensure software meets specified requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience as a business analyst with EMR in a vendor organization or health environment.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Experience with business process re-engineering, contemporary engagement methods, and healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
