Job Overview

The role of a Strategic Business Solutions Expert is to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to support business initiatives. This includes documenting requirements, reviewing business needs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  2. Document high-quality data requirements documentation that is approved and accepted by business stakeholders.
  3. Review business requirements as received and provide feedback to ensure completeness and adequacy of the requirements.
  4. Understand internal customers' business processes and identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficient solutions.
  5. Prepare discovery and delivery estimates and distribute them to required stakeholders in a timely manner.
  6. Facilitate regular feature estimates and handover sessions with delivery teams.
  7. Be a point of contact for all business forums to assess and advise on new initiatives.
