About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Canberra region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conducting market appraisals and providing professional advice to clients
  • Working closely with our Sales Agents and Executive Leasing Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in Property Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Well-presented, organized, and with excellent administration skills
  • A current Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license
