We are a rapidly expanding health services provider aiming to bring together leaders in allied health to create a national network of businesses and service providers.
Our goal is to streamline centralised functions and support business excellence from our Support Office, enabling practice partners to focus on clinical outcomes and expansion of their business network.
About the Role:
- Assist with responding to HR enquiries and deliver an exceptional employee experience
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including generating employment contracts and variation letters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
- Provide HRIS database support to employees
- Offer administrative support relating to HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Support the HR team with projects and tasks as required
About You:
- You will possess a proactive and can-do attitude with a passion for Human Resources
- Possess previous experience in an HR administration role or recent graduates with some administration experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business or similar field preferred
- Experience using HRIS systems with proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
