HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to support our team.

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to provide coaching and support across the employee life cycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing coaching, advice, and support to leaders on employment-related matters
  • Partnering with leaders to enhance team engagement, growth, and development
  • Delivering projects and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives in partnership with the Head of HR
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for people-related enquiries
  • Ensuring new starters have a seamless induction process
  • Collaborating with the Safety department on Return-to-Work management

About You

We seek a relationship-focused individual with a passion for creating great outcomes through people. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
  • Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence leaders
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills
  • Working knowledge of Employment/Industrial Relations legislation and experience conducting investigations
