HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a senior HR generalist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong track record of supporting cultural change and enhancing performance.

The role will involve working with multiple clients across NSW, providing IR/ER advice, implementing organisational development programs, and improving HR processes and systems. You will need to be able to drive and visit clients regularly, so a driver's license is essential. Occasional travel interstate may also be required.

We are looking for someone who is responsive, service-oriented, and consultative, with patience, intelligence, and a resourceful approach. Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and experience working with Aboriginal organizations is highly desirable.
