We are seeking a passionate and energetic HR professional to manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, learning and development, engagement, WHS, performance management, and administrative tasks.

This role involves working closely with the leadership team to create attraction and development strategies, proactively managing L&D requirements and opportunities across the hotel, and promoting WH&S best practices.

As an active member of the Executive team, you will be exposed to confidential business information and decisions.

Required skills include:

  • Previous experience in a HR Manager or similar role, preferably within a hotel environment">
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Industrial and Employment Relations legislation">
  • Strong background in recruitment, team engagement, and learning and development activities">
  • A collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict and work efficiently under pressure">
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills">
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in line with the priorities of the business">
  • Professionalism and discretion with confidential and sensitive information">
