We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to collaborate closely with our internal teams and implement effective recruitment strategies. As a key player in shaping our future workforce, you will be responsible for executing talent acquisition plans to meet forecasted workforce needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships skills, enabling them to effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute mid-to-long term talent acquisition strategies to fulfill immediate resource demands.
- Support the creation and maintenance of talent communities to guarantee a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments of passive and active candidates to evaluate their skills and experience.
- Identify top talent in the market and work collaboratively with internal teams to fill critical roles.
A minimum of 5 years' experience within a recruitment function is required, along with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions is essential, as well as strong time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
About You- You will have a proven track record of successfully growing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
