Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the review and analysis of NSW Ambulance business services, processes, and information. The successful candidate will facilitate engagement with operational business units to drive business improvements and document functional requirements for ICT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and analysis of NSW Ambulance business services, processes, and information to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate engagement with operational business units to drive business improvements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and document functional requirements for ICT service delivery, working closely with technical teams and frontline healthcare staff.
  • Use analytical skills to identify pain points, streamline processes, and create value in service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and innovation in the healthcare and emergency services space, recommending best practices and driving adoption within the organization.
  • Develop business cases and documentation to influence decision-making and contribute to strategic improvements.
  • Lead with initiative, working independently to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
