Talenza's Digital Transformation Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Talenza, a leading recruitment agency in the financial services sector. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a greenfield program and contribute to the digital transformation of a major institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver digital products with omni-channel implementation knowledge.
  • Implement Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritisation, as well as user story definition and refinement.
  • Conduct end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test and implementation.
  • Perform business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, customer journey / value chain / process mapping, business high level requirements/ user stories/ system functional / non-functional requirements gathering.
  • Facilitate workshops and elicit critical insights from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relations with stakeholders and business users.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in digital and technology domain with vendors or similar.
  • Implementation experience with SaaS products delivery.
  • Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills.
  • Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process engineering and creation/management of project artefacts.
