Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of transaction banking products and online banking channels.
  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver digital products with omni-channel implementation knowledge.
  • Implement Agile practices, including backlog management and prioritisation, as well as user story definition and refinement.
  • Conduct end-to-end technology delivery, covering design, build, test and implementation.

Requirements:
  • Global or institutional banking experience.
  • Strong experience in Digital and technology domain.
  • Implementation experience with SaaS products delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile practices.
  • End-to-end technology delivery experience.
  • Business Analyst with experience in business process improvement/re-engineering.
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills.
  • Strong and diverse experience in large projects.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
