A new leadership role has become available in our Planning Compliance team. As a Band 7 professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of proactive and responsive compliance services to enhance community amenity and safety.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to ensure that land use and development align with our Baw Baw Planning Scheme and the Planning Environment Act 1987.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including planning units and community safety departments, to achieve sustainable outcomes for our community.

Key responsibilities include educating and advising developers, business owners, and the community on compliance with planning controls across the municipality.
