Job Title: Logistics and Event Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that requires a highly motivated individual to manage logistics and oversee the execution of events from our warehouse to the event location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects, including but not limited to:

  • Bump-in & out events: Ensuring smooth setup and pack-down processes
  • Event setup & pack down: Overseeing and participating in physical setup and pack-down activities
  • Driving: Delivering and setting up at our events
  • Warehouse organisation: Stationing and preparing events in our warehouse
  • On-site management: Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring seamless operations
  • Operations: Managing logistics to ensure timely delivery and setup

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Australian Open Driver's License
  • Physical stamina and willingness to tackle tasks like lifting and moving equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Flexibility to work on varied days and weekends
  • Physical stamina to handle early starts and physically demanding tasks
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
  • Creativity to think outside the box and tackle challenges head-on
