Senior Event Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Logistics Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective running of the logistics team in our event centre, providing engaging and high-quality guest service, and coordinating team members to maintain service flow and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Report all faults, repairs, and maintenance requirements in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Supervise the Logistics team members and assist the management team with training and development of the team.
- Ensure open communication through daily shift briefings and smooth transition and handover between shifts.
- Encourage positive working relationships between departments within the company.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability in developing productive workplace relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
