About the Role

Our company seeks a senior leader to drive technological innovation and advancement across our operations. This role will oversee the development and implementation of IT and OT strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to design and deliver comprehensive IT & OT strategies that drive business success.
  • Foster high-performing technology teams through mentorship, training, and support.
  • Manage daily IT operations, vendor relationships, and supplier contracts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all IT/OT systems, data, and infrastructure.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through policy development, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts to safeguard critical systems.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably within mining or heavy industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills for all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of planning, designing, and implementing multiple IT projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IT/OT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, change management, and risk assessment.
