Lead Technology Strategist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans to leverage technology in achieving organisational goals. This includes conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing implementation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  2. To lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business outcomes.
  3. To identify areas for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. To collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  5. To remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
