Job Description

We are seeking an Employment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting individuals with disability or health conditions in finding employment opportunities.

This is an on-site position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. If you have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and other stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to liaise confidently with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • A desire to be part of a supportive team environment, with a true belief in the importance of connecting people and business so both can thrive;
  • A current Driver's Licence;
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
